Case #3

When working in an isolated geographical location promped a border-hopping application. This was the case for a company in the Faroe Islands that created an app that pushes notifications to caregivers – and therefore prevents emergencies before they occur.

“How can an effective but small-scale application be upscaled for larger
markets?”

This question was posed to Aerium Ventura who allocated seven specialists and 32 months of work to answer it, delivering productization guidance and a heavy focus on commercialization and growth acceleration.

The app not only documents information, it informs care staff about unforeseen incidents by accessing data from various sensors and sending it, in real-time, to the devices of predefined carers.

Aerium Ventura helped roll out a fully optimized version of the app in Denmark, where care facilities are typically larger than those found in the Faroe Islands, cementing it as a leading app in an established, tech-savvy market, and demonstrating scalability.

The result?
10% of all Danish municipalities and care homes have adopted the app, which is now ready for 100% replication in the similar, though far larger, German market.
